      *You get to work with all types of people... *The OneSite program is awesome, give back to community by providing the gift of sight to thoses who can not afford vision care or glasses *ok people to work with

      Cons

      No hours available (haven't been put in schedule in 3 weeks) Trained "as you go" A lot to learn in a VERY short amount of time Don't work enough to feel comfortable with what I "learned"

      Lots of hours to choose from to work, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

      Cons

      Time off can be difficult to come by, when given a specific schedule, the managers will sometimes disregard those times and put you at a time you cannot work without first asking if its ok.
