If you have worked there a long time, its a great company to work for. Good benifits. Good job for a young energetic person!

Cons

Work you to the bone, they keep downgrading benifits, weekend work, lots of turnover, not a job you can build a future in.

A secured place to work at. If you are aggressive and have the willingness to drive results, you can move up faster.

Cons

Just long retail hours and hard on the feet if you are lazy, this is not the place to work, but is good for active and a fast-paced type person.

Pros

Turnover is the worst I've ever seen but hey, at least if you apply, you probably will get an interview.

Cons

The management is so poor! Scheduling is done last minute, managers are degrading and they put so much pressure on employees that morale is incredibly low. Sales people endure great pressure to get as much money as possible out of every person entering the door and are threatened with being fired if they don't make goal. Some have been fired. And lab people are required to work with more pressure and less help since more often they have to work alone. I got out of there last year and have heard that it has gotten worse.
