Pros

I do like working at my Lenscrafters location. I get a decent pay, have wonderful coworkers, and an excellent boss who knows what he is doing. My training for both the sales floor and working in the lab was very thorough, and none of it felt unnecessary or a waste of my time.

Cons

Those who work in Corporate have never worked in a Lenscrafters location, and many have no idea what actually works at a glasses store. Higher-ups are hired from outside the company and usually have no experience running a store that manufactures glasses, and end up imposing guidelines that either make absolutely no sense or make our job harder.
