Pros

Free pair of glasses every year, discounts available to friends and family, very educational, very rewarding to see children and elderly get their glasses and say that they can see, volunteer work available and encouraged.

Cons

They're only really looking for part time, HR doesn't address issues quickly, Lot of turnover in management at the current moment, management is hired outside the company, open most holidays except Christmas and thanksgiving.

I had excellent training and I was paid $9.00 per hour which wasn't pad at all for a part-time job.

At times, the work load would get a bit hard to manage and it was difficult to get help from the managers,
