Great place to work! The industry itself is great and you get to work with a lot of great and smart people. The company loves employees that drink the kool-aid and are always positive and focused on results.

Cons

The company is very numbers driven and expects results even in a industry where more and more competitors are popping up. The company like many in its industry is VERY reactive and switched gears at the first sign of trouble.

Free vision insurance, good employee discount, flexible scheduling, clean work environment, good for students

Cons

very few hours to go around, training is way longer than necessary, high-pressure sales environment, cutthroat environment, pretty much everyone is part-time (most getting less than 15 hours per week)

Low salary, no emphasis on employee development, very few opportunities for advancement. Emphasis is on hiring part-time students that are not in it for the long haul so they don't really care about the job.
