      Great PT job in college

      Pros

      I loved my boss and almost everyone I worked with. It was a great job to have while I was in college, and it let me be flexible, especially when it came to going home for the holidays when most retail jobs would expect you to stay and help out with the craziness. Meant a lot to someone who was used to being home every year, especially since my family moved while I was in college and they weren't just a 2-hour car ride away anymore.

      Cons

      You have to be able to take constructive criticism on your technique. You may have thought you did an excellent job, but someone will always try to give you criticism.

      Pros

      Flexible hours Good pay for entry workforce you can get around $15-16/hr in the Washington, D.C. Area if you interview well.

      Cons

      Unprofessionalism in the stores is rampant, there are quite a few frustrating personalities that are draining. Not enough hours given to stores to schedule appropriately, they seemingly only factor for sales volume, but neglect to acknowledge that it sometimes takes a while to service a customer with what you call "Lefendary Customer Service"
