Cons

Continual management change lends itself to continual change in focus and change in procedures. Increase in Store Management daily activities takes away from the store opportunities and sales. Moved away from employees first.

Great place to learn how to adjust and troubleshoot glasses

Cons

Hours for part timers could go between 6 and 30 hours week to week, lots of favoritism, very goal-oriented and not super realistic (sell 5 pairs of $400 sunglasses tonight!)
