1) Company decisions reflect a self-fulfilling prophecy mindset; they think that customers want specific products but in reality they pressure their retail workforce to upsell and build these results to match their predictions. (e.g. customers prefer high-end lens enhancements over 1-hour/same-day service) 2) Make one mistake and you feel like your job is on the line. 3)The experience is that you must be perfect and anything less and you are incompetent.
