Difficult to use accrued PTO and unable to cash out or lose it Pushy sales tactics expected from upper management to achieve unrealistic sales goals Open 7 days a week. Store only closes for three holidays a year and hardly ever shorten hours for other holidays, such as Memorial and Labor Day, with PTO limited or disallowed so work and life balance is hardly existent. Company is a retail health care provider but expects stores to operate like a Walmart or grocery store.
