      Great Doctors and Lab Managers

      Pros

      Three stars goes only to the doctors and lab managers. They are continuously still learning new material in their careers, and they take time out of their schedules to educate and assist new hires and employees (sales, eye consultant, technician). This is a great opportunity if you are looking for experience and knowledge in optometry and sales.

      Cons

      Got a reasonable complaint against management or another employee? Don't bother reporting to HR. They'll turn a blind eye.

      Pros

      Complimentary annual pair of glasses was definetly a great perk. The cost of a stylish pair of designer glasses can run well over $1000.

      Cons

      LensCrafters sucked! They have no loyalty to their associates. The company expanded to quickly and as a result they lay off their workers left and right. The pay is sub-par and the policy is constantly changing.
