-Pay is higher than most privates in my area -Systems are pretty easy to learn - doctors are great and awesome to work with

Cons

-store management knows little about company and its impossible to reach up to those above them, current regional knows nothing and cant help store managers at all -no work life balance, hard to get days off -hours are usually not good due to working weird retail hours. -little to no recognition for good work just told there is more for us to be doing and we need to improve. Not appreciated.
