      You learn a skill that is rapidly declining. you get to help people

      Cons

      Every year you have to worry about your job and hours. Upper management constantly threaten and never want to address the real reason goals are not met (marketing, training, coaching, developing). It is almost impossible to move up in the company. Although they say they promote from within the truth is that it is very seldom.

      Pto for full and part time, free pair of glasses, great employee sales.

      Cons

      Upper management micromanages, difficult to move up in the company, full time status is only 30 hours a week, if you do not make your hours consistently for 13 weeks you lose your FT status.
