There are good benefits with a free glasses pair every year and 50-75% off friends and family every few months or so.

Cons

I think it is very corporate based and numbers have to be met a specific way for there not to be issues.

If you are coming from a traditional retail environment it is a great door into a more professional career. If the optical field interests you it’s a great company.

Cons

Work life balance (due to staffing which is always an issue in retail at one point) also being open Sundays (only optical place that is) is a down side
