compensation, competitive. Customers, fulfilling vision solutions

Cons

Regional managers completely disconnected from retail stores. Barking orders 24:7. Constantly on a weekly basis pivoting and changing communication and expectations. Zero support to fill vacant roles even from recruiters that get paid to find talent. Stores struggling to fill roles them selves with lack of support from company. Senior manager constantly speaking to “ empower, encourage, lead” but FAIL THEMSELVES. Completely contradicting themselves

You’re doing part of the doctors job, cleaning bathrooms, dealing with rude customers depending on location, get pushed to sell wayyy too much while the products are already overpriced.
