Always has systems down. Always changing policies in the store Does not give proper training.

They will not pay you how you enough for all the work they expect you to do. They will tell you you are working up to a promotion for years only to hire outside people with no experience for all positions. The commission is terrible and management does not care that you are working overtime every week getting paid $10 an hour for a management position.
