Huge dairy company, whole spectrum of dairy products, challenging environment, salary paid on time

Economy on training of specialists with definite feature - if there is a training or exchange of experience, it is for the same elected departments. Unequal working conditions for colleagues of one level and widely practised favoritism. Low level of the safety of working staff. Low level of salaries.

Product heritage. Friendly atmosphere among workers.

Cons

Micro-management all the way up to the French owners. Projects are worked on but never allowed to come to market because of a high level of risk aversion. Employees are fired at will - with no reason given. Company has bad reputation within the community as a poor place to work, so has trouble getting quality people. Senior executive team is highly disfunctional and cannot make decisions.
