I want to expand the knowledge of the English language and culture, meet new people and thus gain more experience and motivation in their work

Top management is rough and arrogant, the salary is average (unless you are a French passport holder...), with lots of office politics. Firefighting from morning to evening with no long-term action plans. Hard to learn anything from them on-the-job, also there is no formal training because “it has a cost”. Safety rules have no priority (unless the cost of their non-implementation is higher than the cost of their implementation). A French family business with the size of a global conglomerate, not yet enough to call themselves a “multinational” company, at least until they will build a Corporate culture and making money will no longer be their first and only priority.
