Good coworkers. Decent pay, great benefits. Is not to far from where I live. Union job. Top out pay in a few years.

Cons

Upper management is terrible and is always changing. Never have anything good to say to workers and never satisfied even when you over perform

Huge dairy company, whole spectrum of dairy products, challenging environment, salary paid on time

Cons

Economy on training of specialists with definite feature - if there is a training or exchange of experience, it is for the same elected departments. Unequal working conditions for colleagues of one level and widely practised favoritism. Low level of the safety of working staff. Low level of salaries.
