      Pros

      Good benefits, advancement can be really fast, salary is ok, lot of investment and possibility to change positions easily. Leader in their field.

      Cons

      No training provided. Lot of complicated procedure very time consuming. Very strict policies. Long process with budgets and almost impossible to get money to improve work conditions. Work life balance not good.
