Constant changing of pay structure and bonuses. Hard to hit your bonus as a part time employee

Working in a gym is pretty nice if you're into fitness. Free membership.

Cons

The most toxic work environment I've ever had to endure. 1-hr long conference calls, about daily, reminding you and everyone else on the call that you're disposable and you should treat everyday like you could be fired the next... also the pay is horrible.
