Pros

The organisation of the codebase is fantastic - there's even a bootstrap script to get new starters set up! The culture is great - lots of trust in people to do good work.

Cons

Work can feel unstructured at times and, despite the size of the company, everything feels rather fast-moving at times - although that probably suits some people.
