      Pros

      Good culture and remote working with the team is easy; it's the norm for a lot of engineers. A good work/ life balance is encouraged. There are plenty of ongoing development and career opportunities available with the company.

      Pros

      - The absolutely highest impact software company you can be in if you want to put your skills to use to solve climate change - Incredible culture - trust, freedom and responsibility - So much room to grow

      Cons

      I don't personally find this a con, but if you don't like some chaos and ambiguity, you will not thrive here. The company is growing so much that a lot will be changing all of the time - for some that's exciting and for others its very stressful but at Kraken it's a feature not a bug.
