      Overall great company to work for

      Ease of moving around and working on different projects Inflationary pay increases independent of performance-based increases Socially conscious, doing lots for climate change Good benefits, including EV salary sacrifice (though no health insurance)

      Could use some work on culture, especially regarding DEI No HR
