      - Superb mission - accelerate electrification and green energy transition - Welcoming, friendly, warm and fun atmosphere - Excellent colleagues - Freedom in how to solve problems - Remote work within your country

      Cons

      - Becoming much more corporate with obvious movement towards IPO - this will almost certainly have some potentially negative impact on the pros listed above. - Upper management seem to largely ignore some parts of the company to the detriment of the leadership and management of those parts. - Struggling to improve communication in teams which are globally distributed. - Pay does not match companies aspirations. - Pay scales are not transparent and there is still resistance to making things fully transparent.

      Pros

      I joined Kraken a few weeks ago and so far it has been a very nice company to work for. The journey from recruitment to onboarding has been smooth and well-organized. The ELT's strong focus on culture clearly trickles down, creating an environment where you are free to work effectively. I hope it remains that way

      - Good culture - smart people that work hard but expect that you can have a life outside of work - Mission driven - most people want to contribute positively to the energy transition - Lots of growth and momentum
