Pros

Working at Kering I was able to immersive myself into the fashion world. You learn a lot from the different brands you handles calls for. The discount was great, great benefits.

Cons

No ability for growth in my opinion. Feels like you get stuck at the same position, doing the same thing and stuck in the same shift. Not a great work-life balance. Handled about 6 brands and wasn’t compensated enough for it. Bonus structure was bad. Sales goal would be unattainable at times. Management is too reliant on numbers and not the actual staff. Try to implement things that don’t work. Promote mediocrity instead of the hard workers with multiple years under their belt working in luxury. Try to fix things that aren’t broken. Overworked staff with low coverage and inability to add more people. Aftersales process is horrible and very meticulous. A lot of the departments aren’t in sync with one another.

Pros

Good culture, flexible schedule, pays ok (needs better education on salaries) cost of living has sky-rocketed and is not 3%

Cons

Needs stronger top down enforcement with subsidiaries. Needs synergized tools and regions need more freedom to structure as best fit for region.
