Pros

Kering owns some of the most highly coveted fashion and leather goods houses in the world, including Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Bottega Veneta. These brands have strong pricing power and global consumer appeal.

Cons

Historically, Gucci accounts for the lion’s share of Kering’s total revenue and operating profits. When Gucci goes through a sales slump, the entire conglomerate's financial performance suffers significantly.
