Overall fantastic culture and a great place to work. Bright colleagues and good flex working policies, total remuneration and other benefits.
Cons
Whilst the policies are good, the practice can be very different and the expectations of the roles in an underfunded team are not aligned to the firm wide policies and rhetoric.
