work with many smart people (co-workers and clients) great training great name recognition on resume clearly defined career path opportunities for advancement Frequent flier points! Hotel rewards!

Cons

long hours little recourse if you are dissatisfied with your client difficulty getting on clients you want initially at first, you are completely at the mercy of the whims of the staffing managers. You must be in touch with the right person to get the assignments you want.

Great place to work and learn.Excellent starting point to start your career. Flexibility provided by the company on work life balance.

Cons

Too very hirerarchical. Unnecessary admin work takes focus away from the core work. Very long work hours during busy season.

People are smart, friendly and professional. Everyone has been very supportive and encouraging.

Cons

None. As an intern, I don't have to work many hours. Full-time employees work more than 40 hours during tax season, however.
