Pros

KPMG allows you to learn alot about auditing, advisory, and contracting. Training is mandatory and emphasized. The company also recognizes relevant certifications and rewards employees with bonuses and reimbursement. You can travel if traveling is what you want. Pay is also pretty decent.

Cons

LONG hours. 10 hour days are normal. 12 hour days are common with no overtime pay, especially during the busy season. Instead of overtime pay, bonuses are based on "utilization" at the end of the year.

Pros

Excellent benefits in terms of personal time, insurance, flexibility, work/life. Those professionals in the practice have a different experience in terms of work load.

Cons

Non-client facing staff are treated with a lack of consideration (in some cases). The opportunities can be somewhat limited if you're not on a partner track.
