Pros
+ If you work and study hard, it's a good place to start a career. Even if your experience will be greatly influenced by which office / team / clients you are assigned. + The KPMG brand is still a nice thing to have on your CV
Cons
-Heavy work since the begging, and it gets heavier every year.... -....a large amount of your overtime will not be paid (50-70% overtime paid in finance servicies; 20-30% paid in industrial sector) -The wage increases at a very slow rate compared to the increase of responsibilities and work duties.
