Pros
KAYAK has an unbelievably great culture and benefits - free yoga, food, fitness benefits, a professional masseuse who gives neck massages. I felt this is one of the most transparent and open cultures I have ever worked in, and this has to do with the tone the CEO set at the top.
Cons
KAYAK was quick to terminate employees rather than focus on employee development/retention. Frequent terminations often sent shock waves, particularly to more junior staff and left them without a sense of job security.
