      Pros

      It is very seldom that you get the opportunity to work for a company that has both gung-ho entrepreneurialism and professionalism at the core of the DNA, but JUST EAT is exactly such a company. If you work hard and delivers, then JUST EAT provides you with a lot of fun, personal development and super friends & colleagues.

      Cons

      All companies that goes from being a small start-up to becoming a 1,000 man internationally renowned company has a bit of growing pains. If you don't like the occasional challenge that will take you out of your comfort zone then JUST EAT is probably not for you. And if you don't like mixing banter with work, then you should also stay away.

      The business actively encourages entrepreneurial flair from everyone who works there A meritocracy, if you perform to the highest levels both against kpi's and professionally the business invests in you to advance your career A sense of pride in being part of building something new and seeing huge growth both in business performance, but also in the teams of people that has made that happen A flat structure, giving people freedom along with the expectation to perform Transparent and clear communication right through the business, nothing is hidden and everyone's views are encourage and listened to

      Cons

      You don't get some of the benefits that come with working in a more corporate environment, but then everything is more honest and there is a lot more freedom, so depends what people want.
