good compensation, world party in london is unreal. opportunities to advance within the company. a lot of great colleagues to work with.

Cons

they try to control your every move. Very little freedom to work the way you want. Upper management views the country as a whole, instead of understanding the different markets.

Great culture, nice offices in a good location. Management are all very friendly (as well as everyone else!). Beers every Friday, three great parties a year. Discounted takeaways!

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say. Just make sure the culture never changes!
