      Pros

      I have worked for JUST EAT for almost 2 years and I am very proud of working for this company. I would say that the main strengths of this organisation are: - a clear vision from senior management that is communicated transparently to all - a successful business model generating strong revenues, which means money can be spent on resource (tools, people), allowing us to do our job better - the overall quality of people - it is refreshing to be surrounded by passionate and switched-on individuals

      Cons

      Employee benefits are being worked on at the moment and could do with being improved. Internal mobility between international offices of the group could be increased.

      Pros

      Just Eat gave you the autonomy to get things done as you saw fit with little to no micro managing. Lots of travel.

      Cons

      Poor upper management. Very difficult to get through to anyone in the office as it is located on the east coast.

      - recent re-org resulted in significant staff turnover - still adapting to new structure - slow process for delivery - lack of user research
