Johnson & Johnson is heavily managed by the Credo, a true value system that is employed in a number of decisions. I greatly admire the senior management team (they are personable, reflective, humble and considerate); however they lack building leaders skills and too much is based on subjective ideals, measures and too little (other than financial decisions) are objective.
