      Lack of respect from management towards sales employees

      Pros

      The vehicles are unique and have an excellent heritage. Land Rover specializes in premium, luxury 4x4 vehicles.

      Cons

      Franchise management does not adhere to standards set out by Land Rover so that there is openness, fairness and respect towards their employees.

      great product, technology and skiled employees, good balance work/life, adequate salary for the responsibilites, decent fairness in promotions and reviews etc

      Cons

      not much mobility, too much old management, too many not so clever employees in the way, sad meetings, lack of decsion making, lack of can do attitude, lack of enthusiasm

      If you're an engineer, great projects to work on. The business is highly ambitious with a long term perspective owner. Company cars are cool

      The company does not welcome new ideas/ different ways of doing things very well. There is very limited delegation of authority, restricting the performance of employees.
