A scrupulous, dishonest company

Pros

The product is exciting and ever-changing.

Cons

The corporate culture is one of dishonesty and outright fraud. I have witnessed the upper management lie to retail partners about the financial status of the company and withhold payments to inflate their balance sheet. Their philosophy is to protect home office first despite their financial obligations to partners

Pros

The change of ownership to TATA meant an increase in liquidity which helped to launch exciting new models like the Evoke and the all new Range Rover. The company brand is 'hip' at the moment in the UK and on the rise worldwide Expansion means loads of new talent and people who want to contribute and make a difference

Cons

Growing pains i.e. parking and working conditions are tight Culture in places still very much a 1970s car industry Too much change and abrasive senior leadership style (especially in IT) alienates people and might even be hurtful for some
