      Like every manufacturer it was a steady build when i started 20 years ago but as industry grows and sales take off it is very hard going to keep the speed up all day,

      The sheer fact that you want to perform to the best of your ability in order to contribute toward the greater good. End of year you are rewarded for all of your efforts! The people are great, the leadership is superb and the culture is just right.

      Cons

      you can lose out from external hires being given greater packages than those who have worked internally up the ladder.
