      Pros

      Fast paced, high demand of quality.. People at base level are very helpful but as long as you break through the barriers of each department as it can be a you vs them attitude.

      Cons

      Poor ethical working as a bullying company that is directed from above. No place to go up the ladder if your fave doesn't fit or part of the club.

      Pros

      Great pay , holidays , sickness and maternity and death in service support

      Cons

      Too much selecting people who can talk the talk in interviews and not using people with vast years employment or actual JLR vehicle experience. Still jobs for the boys or who says the right words just to please Management and Human Resources. Some managers from the shop floor couldn`t use a brush to sweep up . no matter manage.
