      Jakala is a large company with plenty of services suitable for any business needs. I had the pleasure of working as a Digital Project Manager at their Copenhagen office within Service Delivery, developing and delivering digital websites and platform for both small and large businesses.

      Cons

      Being part of a large organization like Jakala, which pursues a growth strategy centered on acquiring small to mid-sized companies, can sometimes leave employees feeling undervalued. In such a vast structure, it’s easy to feel like just another number. For individuals seeking visibility and a strong voice within the company, this environment may not be the most suitable fit.

      The atmosphere is positive, and compared to other multinational companies, this one truly keeps people at its center. Salaries are competitive, and while the benefits could still improve, they're already quite interesting. The company sets challenging goals, making it a place where professional growth is definitely achievable.

      Cons

      A few minor areas for improvement include increasing flexibility for internal transfers between countries and enhancing the clarity of internal communications from top management. Despite these slight drawbacks, it's highly recommended. Benefits could still improve—especially meal vouchers, which are somewhat low.
