Pros

There is a paycheck and the cafeteria food is alright.

Cons

No regard for work-life balance, some of my coworkers have been having health issues due to the strain they're under. Product owners are basically non-existent and tech leads don't have authority to own what features go into product, so developers get an unfiltered stream of conflicting and underbaked design requests. For about a year we've been told it'll only be like this "for a few more sprints".
