Pros

Lots of opportunities for growth and internal mobility. Very intelligent people.

Cons

Little to no work life balance, and the culture follows that which Jamie sets. Employees feel surveilled and distrusted.

Pros

Its good. I would say a challenging place if you want it to be, they have a lot of problems that need to be solved and you will get proper compensation in bonus.

Cons

Nothing much, a lot of airheads / extra fluff people here. Usually the older crowd that is kinda floating through.
