Nothing working with JPMorgan is great thing for me But employees working under contract, there is no value

Good salary (1.2 to 1.5 times salary comparative to other companies by avg). Salary is fixed salary no variable. Yearly cash intensives (based on company performance). Encourages mobility(after 2 years, we can choose other project/technology)

Cons

No process, No work life balance, Double/triple work comparative to other companies by avg, Too muck work pressure, Management not sure about future projects.
