Pros

At one time it was a great company to work for. It was a fun place and new ideas were encouraged.

Cons

Apparently senior management did not know what they were doing because they caused the company to fail and be taken over by Chase.

Pros

-solid company that is going to be around for awhile. -decent benefits and compensation packages. -training and professional growth opportunities.

Cons

-very aggressive business culture, however influenced by location. -as a large institution with low consistency, you will be enduring the consequences of things you had no control over.
