Pros

Salary and Benefits Work/Live Balance Work with smart people

Cons

Slow to make decisions, significant time spent in meetings talking it over and then presented to senior management for decison Culture felt more like banking in the 1980's. Kind of stuffy, decision making at the top, climate of fear Reactive instead of pro-active

Pros

Lots of opportunities if the individuals are willing to take them. Dynamic environment, and quite competitive. Get exposure to a wide variety of roles.

Cons

- Often have to work very long hours. - Teams and team members tend to be scattered around the world, hence have to rely on emails, phone calls and insant messaging. Need to work harder at the rapport building.
