Pros

Work pace is slow. This could be an advantage if you want to relax. Company generally does not layoff people for bad performance but will shunt you into meaningless positions work life balance is decent work from home generally tolerated

Cons

Highly bureaucratic and slow work pace. Very low value for quality work, successful project delivery. Highly political org and people who focus on managing relationships at cost of everything else generally succeed

Pros

There was a lot of opportunity to move around and figure out where you fit in the best. I would have recommended this place.

Cons

There were an excessive amount of meetings and goals that seemed arbitrary to what actually mattered. I would say no longer being in existence is a relatively significant con as well..
