Pros

The smartest and most driven people I have ever worked with. Good energy, always busy. A lot of opportunity to grow (as long as you aren't in marketing).

Cons

Like all investment banks, there were some very big egos. And when things are good, they are very good. When things are bad, they can be brutal.
