Pros

Large, global organization that provides an opportunity to work in more than 40 countries across the world. Has a culture wherein your performance makes room for you to grow within the organization.

Cons

Due to the size of the organization, networking is key for mobility. Unfortunately, processes around moving talent tend to seem either not robust enough or not available for the vast majority.

Pros

Name recognition and access to deals at all levels. Better than average benefits. Great research and resources at most levels.

Cons

Organization is just too large. Many layers of mid-management and bureaucracy. Hard to get people to act quickly. Competition among business lines.
