Pros

4 weeks vacation + national holidays. 401K match Great name on resume. Although I have a list of dislikes, I do have to say I attained a great set of skills which will be valuable to me going forward.

Cons

Long hours. No work life balance, expected to work weekends and nights. Promotions are non-existent, get the salary you want at the time of hire. Senior Management is harsh... they don't do much but sit around and expect you to coordinate everything and get the job done. In the end, they just want to look good to their manager. Lack of flexibility in schedule - they claim they permit you working from home, but they don't. Lack of diversity. Lack of appreciation when greatness is accomplished.

Pros

Despite the bad reputation of banks, Chase is among the best to work for. Plenty of room for advancement !

Cons

Retail channel can be a little bit rigid and mundane but there exist opportunities to move. This is overall a great place to work.
