      Pros

      They give you lots a responsiblity early on. They also offer opportunity to work in other lines of business (LOB). I think it is a good name to have on your resume, and well known in the industry.

      Cons

      No bonus structure for positions that should have some sort of bonus. Flex time is advertised, but those positions are very limited.
